5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Youth Royalty Contest in Expo Center.
ACBA Board meeting - time & location to be determined at the Boards convenience.
10:00 PM Show room closes and is locked for the evening.

Saturday April 18, 2009
6:30 AM Show room opens.
8:00 AM Open and Youth judging begins.
8:00 - 10:00 AM Breakfast available for purchase in the showroom.
12:00 Lunch break and ACBA General Membership Meeting in the showroom.
12:00 - 2:00PM Lunch available for purchase in the showroom.
2:00 PM ACBA Raffle drawing.
6:00 PM Judging Concludes.
7:30 PM Banquet and Youth Royalty Contest Awards - located in the Host Resorts & Conference Center.
Meal and location within the hotel to be determined.
10:00PM Show rooms closes and is locked for the evening.

Sunday April 19, 2009
7:00 AM Show room opens.
8:00 AM Mid-Atlantic CBA Open & Youth show judging begins.
8:00 - 10:00 AM Breakfast available for purchase in the showroom.
12:00 - 2:00 PM Lunch available for purchase in the showroom.
2:00 PM Mid-Atlantic Raffle Drawing.
6:00 PM Showroom closes and all animals must be removed from the showroom.
